BladeVortex is a casual knife-throwing game that is appropriate for all ages. Our game does not contain violent or inappropriate content and is suitable for children.

• NOT request device permissions beyond what's necessary for basic gameplay

3.2 Child-Directed Treatment

We treat all users as if they might be children under 13, ensuring maximum privacy protection for everyone. This means:

• All advertising is configured with child-directed treatment enabled
• Only family-friendly, non-personalized ads are shown
• No behavioral advertising or tracking
• Ads are rated "G" (General Audience) by content rating systems

4. Third-Party Services - Advertising

4.1 Google AdMob

BladeVortex uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. We have configured AdMob with the following child-safe settings:

• Tag for Child-Directed Treatment (TFCD): ENABLED
• Max Ad Content Rating: G (General Audiences)
• Personalized Ads: DISABLED
• Behavioral Tracking: DISABLED

4.2 What AdMob May Collect

Even with child-directed settings enabled, AdMob may collect limited, non-personal information for ad delivery:

• Device type and operating system version (to show compatible ads)
• Approximate location based on IP address (country/region level only, not precise location)
• Ad interaction data (whether an ad was viewed or clicked)

This data cannot be used to identify individual users and is used only for serving appropriate, non-personalized ads.

5. Data Storage and Security

All game data is stored locally on your device using standard iOS/Android secure storage mechanisms. We implement the following security measures:

• No cloud storage or remote servers
• No user accounts or authentication systems
• Data is isolated to the App and cannot be accessed by other apps
• Data is deleted when you uninstall the App

6. Your Rights and Choices

6.1 Data Control & Deletion

Since we don't collect personal data, there's nothing for us to delete or provide. However, you have full control:

• Delete all game data: Uninstall the App from your device, or use the "Delete All Data" button in Settings menu within the app
• Reset progress: Clear App data in your device settings (Settings → Apps → BladeVortex → Clear Data)
• Withdraw consent: Contact us at privacy@bladevortex.com to withdraw your consent for ad serving. Note: This may limit app functionality.
• Request data copy: Since all data is stored locally, you can access it anytime via device backup tools (iOS: iCloud Backup, Android: Google Backup)

BladeVortex is available worldwide. We comply with applicable privacy laws in all jurisdictions.

7.1 GDPR Compliance (European Union)

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Legal Basis: Legitimate interest for ad serving (with child-directed treatment)
• Data Controller: BladeVortex (contact: privacy@bladevortex.com)
• Advertising ID Processing: Google AdMob may process a temporary Advertising ID for contextual (non-personalized) ad delivery. This ID is anonymized and cannot identify you personally.

  • Right to access your data (stored locally on your device)
  • Right to deletion (uninstall the app or clear app data)
  • Right to object to ad processing (contact us for opt-out instructions)
  • Right to data portability (game progress is stored locally, you can export via device backup)
• Data Retention: Game progress is stored indefinitely on your device until you delete the app. AdMob's temporary identifiers are automatically deleted after 30 days.
• Consent Mechanism: On your first app launch, you will be presented with a consent dialog explaining our data practices. You can withdraw consent anytime by contacting us.

7.2 KVKK Uyumu (Türkiye)

Türkiye'deki kullanıcılar için 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) kapsamında:

• Veri Sorumlusu: BladeVortex (iletişim: privacy@bladevortex.com)
• İşlenen Veriler: Sadece Google AdMob tarafından oluşturulan geçici Reklam Kimliği (Advertising ID). Bu kimlik kişisel veri niteliğinde olmayıp, kişiselleştirilmemiş reklam gösterimi için kullanılır.
• Veri İşleme Amacı: Ücretsiz oyun deneyimini sürdürebilmek için çocuklara uygun, kişiselleştirilmemiş reklamların gösterilmesi.
• Haklarınız (KVKK Madde 11):
  • Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme
  • İşlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme
  • Verilerin silinmesini talep etme (uygulamayı kaldırın veya bize yazın)
  • İşleme faaliyetine itiraz etme
• Açık Rıza: Uygulamayı ilk kez açtığınızda veri işleme uygulamalarımızı açıklayan bir onay penceresi gösterilecektir. Rızanızı istediğiniz zaman geri çekebilirsiniz.
• Çocukların Verisi: 13 yaş altındaki çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamamaktayız. Oyunumuz COPPA ve KVKK kapsamında çocuklar için güvenlidir.
• Veri Saklama Süresi: Oyun ilerlemesi cihazınızda süresiz saklanır (siz silene kadar). AdMob'un geçici kimlikleri 30 gün sonra otomatik silinir.

7.3 COPPA (United States)

We fully comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (detailed in Section 3).

7.4 CCPA (California, USA)

For California residents:

• Personal Information Sold: We do NOT sell any personal information.
• Categories Collected: Only non-personal Advertising ID for contextual ads (processed by Google AdMob).
• Your Rights: Right to know, delete, and opt-out (contact us for requests).

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top
• Post the new policy in the App and on our website
• For material changes affecting children's privacy, notify users within the App

Your continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
